Altonworks will configure your Windows 2012/2011/2008/2003/SBS server to automatically send status reports to us via email. Alerts and logs will be reviewed daily for critical problems with hard-drives, back-up, event log errors, and virus problems. Altonworks will remotely access the server (provided it is online) to remedy some problems and provide a response back to the nominated person. The server will be checked remotely once a month, regardless of any problems, to ensure that critical services are running smoothly, for example, the Symantec Endpoint Protection Software, Windows security updates and backup.
